United Northern Mortgage Bankers has an opening for a Relationship/Operations Manager. The primary function of this position will be targeted expansion through a variety of source streams. We are seeking a professional, enthusiastic, energetic and dedicated individual to help lead and support our dynamic team of successful sales professionals. In this exciting and lucrative role, you will strive to expand sales revenue while driving new business in the assigned areas.

Management seeks a candidate with a great attitude and understanding of doing what is best for it's Partners and Consumers. We want a professional of unquestionable integrity, credibility and character, demonstrating high moral and ethical behavior. Our goal is to provide potential buyers with the best mortgage experience possible, and we are seeking team members to help make that goal a reality.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Build relationships with Real Estate Agents, Agencies, Contractors, Bankers, Financial advisors and others in the financial industry.
  • Foster and nurture long term relationships through superb customer service and professionalism.
  • Have the ability to attract an audience by creating video content that streamlines our products and represents the company in a positive and professional manner(I.E. Webinars, Facebook live streaming company events and other sharable moments.)
  • Applies strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to meet customers’ needs
  • Understand and maintain a thorough knowledge of various mortgage loan programs (FNMA/FHLMC, FHA/VA, etc.) and company products.
  • Build a lead generation program, stay on top of potential buyers and recognizing the targeted audience.
  • Track and build a database of potential clients.

Desired skills and experience include:

  • 3-5 years of Mortgage/Banking Sales experience required.
  • Strong organizational skills including the ability to manage multiple responsibilities, prioritize and delegate while delivering results
  • Network and Initiate Customer Points of Sale through the creation of Business Partnering.
  • Build and maintain consultative business relationships with Key Decision Makers as well as brokers & contractors at all levels.
  • Strong communication skills (including verbal, non-verbal, written and presentation) and active listening skills
  • Comfortable working with monetary goals in place. Salary Plus Commission type of environment.
  • Previous experience with social media platforms.
  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • Bilingual a huge plus.
